Dehydration is the ability to remove the water contained in objects or people by force of will.

Characters

Rollo Fusor is the only character known to have this ability.

Limits

Rollo Fusor can apparently kill a human by dehydration with this power. The actual limits -- such as how long it takes, the range at which it works, and the number of people he can affect at once -- are currently unknown. It is also unknown whether he can remove water from objects other than people.
