Dehydration is the ability to remove the water contained in objects or people by force of will.
Characters
Rollo Fusor's accomplice is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
According to Haram's journal, Rollo Fusor could dehydrate anything he touched, including people. Other limits--such as how long it takes and the number of people or objects the power can affect at once--are currently unknown.
