Samedi is unharmed after crashing into a car. | |
| Held by: | Baron Samedi |
| Ability to: | Become resistant or immune to physical harm |
Impenetrable skin is the ability which allows one's body to be tougher and more resistant to physical injury.
Characters
- Baron Samedi is the only person known to have this ability.
Limits
Baron Samedi has the ability of impenetrable skin, which grants him a greater resistance to physical injury than an average human. The Haitian has remarked that Samedi's skin is invulnerable to objects such as knives, fire and bullets. When flown into a car by Nathan Petrelli, Samedi pauses and then stands up unscathed. However, Samedi is apparently not immune to mental based abilities, such as mental manipulation.
Examples
-
... rams him into a car.
(The Eclipse, Part 2)
Notes
- In deleted scenes shown on the Season Two DVD, Sylar obtains the ability of impenetrable skin from a character named Robert Keep. In this scene, Sylar discovered a "soft spot" inside his mouth which allowed him to claim the ability. It is unknown as to whether Samedi has a similar weakness.
