Toby's ability is the ability to cause others to feel burning pains, as well as to burn others.

Limits
Little is known about this ability as it has only had one sole demonstration. When Rachel Mills was approaching Toby, her throat began to burn until she was unable to breathe. Toby was also able to burn his brother's skin severely. It is unknown how Toby accomplished this, but his ability apparently doesn't require physical contact.
