Dehydration is the ability to remove the water contained in objects or people by force of will.
Characters
Rollo Fusor is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
According to Haram's journal, Rollo Fusor can dehydrate anything he touches, including people. Other limits--such as how long it takes and the number of people or objects he can affect at once--are currently unknown.
Notes
- Fusor is described as being able to "suck the life out of his victims." Fusor killed Pizet in this manner.
