Preference manipulation is the ability to control the preferences of others and other organisms.
Limits
Preference manipulation allows the user to control what kinds of things people or other organisms prefer. This includes controlling what kinds of feelings and sensations they prefer. Powerful, life altering preference changes are temporary and usually require physical contact. All changes in preference can be reversed and are reversed should the user of the ability die.

- Control the physical preference of someone in pain, making them masochistic and ending their displeasure.
- Make someone interested in schoolwork versus video games and vice versa.
- Make someone enjoy the tastes of fruits and vegetables.
