Clairvoyance is the ability to discern people who are not in the observer's presence.

Characters

Molly Walker is the only character known to have this ability.

Limits

Molly can see visions of people by thinking about them. She can also see glimpses of what that person is doing.

Molly can locate any person upon whom she concentrates. She can then indicate the person's location on a map. She was able to locate Matt's father to a specific room in an apartment building.

There is one person Molly says she does not want to find, since he can see her when she looks for him.

Examples

• Demonstrating her ability to Mohinder, Molly concentrates on Matt Parkman. She has visions of him in the Company building in New York and places a pushpin where the building is marked on a map in a book. (Landslide)
• Mr. Bennet, along with Matt and Mohinder, ask her to find Sylar. She places a pushpin in a map showing the location of Isaac's loft, on Reed Street. (How to Stop an Exploding Man)
• Molly finds Peter Petrelli for Mr. Bennet. (How to Stop an Exploding Man)
• When Matt Parkman calls Mohinder to warn him about Sylar, Mohinder tells Molly that the "boogeyman" is on his way. After concentrating, Molly replies that Sylar is already there. (How to Stop an Exploding Man)
• Molly uses her power to find Matt's father, but he somehow renders Molly incapacitated. (The Kindness of Strangers)

Notes

• It's not clear how much Molly needs to know about a person to find that individual.
• Chandra Suresh assembled a folder in the Genesis files about this power. He also wrote in his journal about a potentially clairvoyant woman he met in 1978.
• Molly Walker's power of clairvoyance (the ability to see people not in her presence) should not be confused with Bridget Bailey's power of clairsentience (the ability to perceive the history of an object).
