Hydrokinesis is the ability to manipulate the movement and composition of matter in its liquid state.

Limits
Hydrokinesis is the ability to influence the motion and composition of groups of atoms in their liquid state. Similar to telekinesis, but specifically targeted at liquids. Hydrokinesis can also be used to transform liquids into other liquids. The individual with this ability cannot transform him or herself into a liquid substance as seen in water mimicry.
