The List of Character's Last Appearances

NOTE: Just because it is the character's last appearance, does not mean they are dead. Even if they are dead, they may appear due to flashbacks, or mind tricks, or something. Although, they may be dead.

I know this isn't probably completely correct, but please bare with me and follow this rule: PLEASE, IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHANGE SOMETHING, DON'T CHANGE IT RIGHT AWAY, PUT IT ON THE DISCUSSION PAGE, AND I WILL CHANGE IT IF NEEDED.
