Brave New World
On June 13th Noah Bennet calls Claire and leaves a voicemail revealing that the two have become estranged and that he is hoping the day will be the start of a renewed relationship between the two. After several explosions destroy the summit, Noah awakens and begins to call out Claire's name.
Noah is then led to believe that Claire perished during the attack.
Odessa
Noah tells Quentin he left Primatech after Claire died at the Odessa Unity Summit. He later admits he hadn't talked to her in four years after she came out to the world and regrets not being able to make amends with or save her.
In Noah's office on Level 1 of the ruined Primatech, Quentin finds a list of those who would be absent from the summit. On the top of the list is Claire, revealing that she couldn't have died at the summit. Noah is left wondering why he made himself forget that day and how Claire actually died if she wasn't at the summit.
Under the Mask
While Luke and Joanne are driving, a man on the radio states how he wishes that when Claire jumped off of the Ferris wheel, that she would have just died instead of had an ability.
Later, Noah watches security footage of himself in a morgue on June 13th with what appears to be Claire's body. Believing that Claire instead died at the hospital, despite her ability to heal, Noah ventures out to find Molly Walker for answers.
The Needs of the Many
Molly Walker tells Noah that she remembers being at St. Jude's Hospital on June 13, 2014 and watching Claire die.
The Lion's Den
Noah asks Erica Kravid if she killed Claire, but Erica insists that she had nothing to do with Claire's death.
Game Over
Emily Duval claims to Tommy that superheroes were once adored, but then "a girl jumped off a ferris wheel in New York" and brought about superheroes as a reality.
After rescuing Hiro Nakamura from Evernow, Noah asks Hiro to take him back in time to the Odessa Unity Summit to find out the truth of what happened there and save Claire. Though reluctant, Hiro eventually agrees and the two travel back to the summit.
June 13th, Part One
Angela gets a call from Claire's cell phone, but its actually a nurse telling her that Claire has been rushed from the Odessa Peace Summit to the hospital where she is in surgery. Angela grabs what she thinks is the Noah Bennet of that time period but is actually a future Noah Bennet and they rush to the hospital with Hiro telling Noah that "this time, you will save the cheerleader." Noah and Angela find out that Claire has somehow permanently died despite her ability from cardiac arrest brought on by a traumatic seizure during childbirth. Noah is stunned as he had no idea Claire was even pregnant. Noah later says a tearful goodbye to Claire's body, apologizing for all the times they fought.
After the Summit is bombed, Hiro insists that he can't change the bombing or Claire's death as its fate. Angela tells Noah and Hiro that she has foreseen that one or both of Claire's children is the evo that will stop the coming end of the world. Noah realizes he had his memory wiped to protect Claire's children from Erica Kravid and decides to send the children into the past where they can grow up safe from Erica and be ready for their destinies. As Claire never got to name them, Angela names Claire's son Nathan after her lost son and Claire's father and Noah names her daughter Malina after his mother.
Its shown that Claire's son Nathan ultimately grows up to be teleporter Tommy Clark who has been told his destiny is to save the world.
June 13th, Part Two
Future Noah tells his past self that he can't see Claire as its too dangerous until he comes back in time from one year in the future. Noah's memory of the day is erased by Caspar Abraham to protect Claire's children, but not before Erica Kravid learns of what happened to them through Matt Parkman.
After Hiro and Angela arrive in 1999, they discover that Hiro's powers have inexplicably stopped working like Claire's did. Angela finally realizes what happened to Claire: Nathan is a Petrelli who have a history of power absorption abilities. Nathan inherited his great-grandfather's power and took Claire's power from her as she gave birth. Without her power, Claire was able to die in childbirth without reviving as she would've before.
Company Woman
Luke Collins and Malina visit Union Wells High School where Malina sees a picture of her mother in the trophy case and comments on Claire's beauty.

The Odessa Report
The reporter mentions that Claire Bennet sparked the evolved human movement that the Unity Summit is a part of. A YouTube video of Claire jumping off a Ferris wheel is part of the news footage shown in the report.
Brave New World
In the prolog of the eBook Brave New World, Claire sends René to "prepare" Noah to see her before the summit. René says that the rift between Claire and Noah isn't healthy. Noah asks what Claire wants René to prepare him for, but René just promises that she will be at the summit.
Heroes Reborn: Enigma
In 2008, Trevor Mason mentions a cheerleader in Odessa, Texas who can regenerate from any injury, referring to Claire.
