User:Cockney Heroes/Infobox Competition Character Emmett Marks is an Australian evolved human with the ability to permanently duplicate the ability of another. He dreams of becoming a super hero but has since been a victim of a new government program.

Character History

Shattered Lives

After escaping Emmett arrived home but found agents waiting for him. Using his various abilties, Emmett battled with them and at the point of being overwhelmed was assisted by a mysterious woman. Emmett then recieves a text from REBEL.
