Extrassensory Limb Reattachment is the ability to reattach other people's limbs to one's own body, using only one's mind.

Characters

A psycho killer is the only character known to have this ability.

Limits

This ability can be used to create a new identity for the user. As the psycho killer insinuates in Pam Marshall, Part 3 of Origins, it is possible to create a new appearance of oneself using this ability. The psycho killer also stated he can gain his victims' abilities by swapping his head with theirs.
