Hydrokinesis is the ability to move liquids with the mind.

Characters

Jack Steelson is the only character known to have this ability.

Limits

Jack has been shown to create torrents of waters, apart from that nothing has been shown, bar the distance, which has been over a roof, while the target was in the air (Dave Rogers, Part 1). Jack has also been able to move water remotely, as evidenced by when he controlled seawater and made it flood the Sydney Seaside Mall (Dave Rogers, Part 2).
