Obadiah is an evolved human whose ability to block out others' abilities was used by Consuela Hammock to develop Project DIBOAHA.
Character History
Obadiah, referred as Project DIBOAHA, is kept in a cell in the middle of a prison for evolved humans. He is being experimented on by Consuela Hammock to use his ability to negate the effects of all evolved humans. He is released from his restraints by Irony and Derek after they force their way into his cell. Then, an explosion occurs.
Déjà Vu
Consuela suggests to start drugging all the prisoners to prevent more escapades. Officer Bonkin asks what will happen to Obadiah, and Consuela says that they will drug him up as well. However, at this moment, a guard radios Bonkin, telling him that Obadiah has died of his injuries.
Evolved Human Abilities
Obadiah had the ability, or technically, total absence of ability, named ability void. It is an innate attribute of Obadiah to completely be null, void, and be unaffected by any type of ability used in his presence or in a way that would otherwise effect another person. His ability was used by Consuela Hammock to create Project DIBOAHA, a supply of drugs given to each guard in the prison to help negate the abilities of the prisoners. (Veni Vidi Expugnavi)
