Hydrokinesis is the ability to move liquids with the mind.
Characters
- Jack Steelson is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
Jack has been shown to create torrents of waters, apart from that nothing has been shown, bar the distance, which has been over a roof, while the targe was in the air (Dave Rogers, Part One).
