Precognitive Vision is the ability to have visions of the future.
Characters
- Mike Douglas is the only known person to have this ability.
Limits
Mike Douglas has shown advanced control over this ability. He can access visions at any time, and can often choose what to envision. However, it is apparent that he can merely see the future through visions, and cannot change it. (Shark of the Streets)
Notes
- The mysterious woman said she could see into the future, it is not yet known if this is the same ability.
