Gabriel gained this ability recently, as it was activated by Jenny Rowland. On getting his ability, Gabriel managed to obtain Activation and Deactivation, Electrical Manipulation and Invisibility. He also mentioned that he couldn't obtain Irony's ability, it is unknown whether it is a byproduct of Ability Diminishment causing this, or because of other reasons. (Ambush from an Outside Source)
