Elemental Manipulation is the ability to control all four elements, this has allowed him to also control the weather.
Characters
- Karl is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
Karl Hall
The first time that Karl used this ability was in a flashback, although he was kept in a tank full of water and was able to turn into air and diffuse out of his cell. He then turned Leckie and Stan Marsh into air, but it is noted that he couldn't use his power in a vacuum locked air pressure (Imprisoned).
